What did you think of the tamale casserole? We do a homemade pesto pizza too - its one of our all time faves. We layer the pesto, followed by spinach leaves, chicken, then toppings like onion, peppers, tomatoes, etc. Lastly, the cheese and a little hot sauce drizzled over the top. Yummers! Happy cooking!
