Menu Plan!

So I am going to get a little adventurous this week! I need to get out of my rut of the same easy recipes and use nap time to start dinner prep (among all the other millions tasks I must accomplish during nap.) I will add, I LOVED having a full package of bacon fryed up in the fridge this week! New favorite wrap: Taco sized tortilla, 2 slices bacon, tomato, lettuce and a tsp of ranch dressing. And 2 slices of bacon is suprisingly not that bad for you... if you stick to 2!
  Dinners:

BLT's, fruit, and green salad
Yoshida Fajitas - these got bumped off the menu last week so I rolled them into this week since I still have everything I need for them
Chicken Tamale Casserole - Pinterest and my friend Jody made me want to try this! I have this planned for Sunday because casseroles are a bit easier for me on sunday's plus we can graze on them for lunch and dinner so I don't have to cook in the evening!
Beef & Bean Burrito Burgers - I have made these several times and with some modification are pretty reasonable on the calories.
Light Baked Macaroni and Cheddar
Grilled Cheese with Bacon and thousand Island... okay so not so low on calories haha.. but i'll use cooking spray instead of butter to grill them in :)
