So I love cake batter. It all started one day at Simpson College (now University), a group of friends decided to go to Cold Stone Creamery. I had never been before, but the Cake Batter ice cream intrigued me... and so it began. There aren't many cake batter "things" I have found, but when we were in Tillamook in July I tried the Tillamook Cake Batter Ice Cream and thought I had died and gone to heaven.
I found this recipe on Pinterest (imagine that), and tried it today because I am in charge of snacks for High School youth group this week. We taste tested one and they are awesome. They took less than an hour start to finish! Now they are bagged up and in the freezer, and thankful it only made 27 because that means I cannot sneak any more or there will not be enough for Tuesday.

Uh-oh. I'm in trouble now. And you're right, we are way alike - I LOVE cake batter! I'm off to go find that pinned recipe now. :)
I made these this weekend. Oh. My. Goodness. Delicious! Like you, I stashed them in the freezer to monitor my snacking. :)
