Baby Girl

Addy had her 6 month doctor's appointment today.  It was a week and half late because our pediatrician was on vacation last week.  Sitting in the waiting room I was amazed and all the different ages of the kiddos represented and stared at the itty bitty newborns in amazement and tried to remember Addy that size!  Crazy how fast it goes. 

Daddy is out of town right now, so I was dreading the appointment knowing that sometimes the aftermath of shots makes for a long day.  Addy's a trooper.  Not even a minute of tears.  I am so thankful for my sweet girl.  I also am deeply grateful for Jon.  When he is gone I soooooo feel it. 

Back in the day before kids I would somewhat look forward to his departures so I could work on projects and have some alone time.  Now that there is a baby in the picture it is so different.  He is so helpful around the house and with Addy.  I am so blessed to have such a hands on husband walking with me on this journey.
